NFPA 70E Online Training Course
Often pressure to get the work done with compact team can result in insecure practices, particularly when

safeguarding staff may be inexpert or lack appropriate training. In an endeavor to help electrical safety managers
and other affected workers understand and comply with the NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace.
OSHA requested the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) develop a standard addressing electrical safe
work practices. In response, the first edition of NFPA 70E was published in 1979.
Our updated comprehensive 4hr course covers aspects of understanding standards for electrical safety, relationship
between OSHA and NFPA 70E, understanding ARC ratings, how to create safe working conditions, understanding
electrical shock hazards, transformers and circuit breakers, hazards of live parts and executing a lockout/tagout.
